lol, you are true there are some guys here that do visit prostitutes because we are kept away from women alot (especially in the infantry which is all men). That does not mean though that the majority of us do, in fact most of us don't. I don't. That is just me, just my personality and how i feel about some things. I usually spend most of my time enjoying hawaii and the outdoors since im stationed here, i take up most of my free time trauecing doing parkour in honalulu since the city is so big and provides alot of obsticles for me to practice on . It does get lonely though being away from family and friends.

-oh and on a side note, it is usually the wives that cheat on their husbands in the military, especially when the husband is doing a deployment(cause there is no way to cheat on anyone when your deployed to iraq lol).

how expensive is it in Hawaii? m dad was based there years ago and said it was really expensive over there. and we r gonna take a cruise there next summer from san diego.

on base the prices arnt bad because there is no sales tax and stuff on base but out in town it can get a little pricey. The Marines give us a little extra money for living out here because the cost of living is higher. I save most of my money though because i don't waste it. My greatest form of transportation is a good pair of sneakers, a small backpack, and some comfortable board shorts lol. Oh and lets not forget the i-pod so i can listen to music while i am hiking around or doing parkour. Im trying to learn to surf but so far im only getting good at flying into the water lol . This next weekend though a big group of us are going to go swim with the sharks...we are going out on a boat and being lowered into the water in a cage to watch the sharks it will be fun. If you get groups of people together the cost decreases alot and there are tons of discounts for military out here

But, I guess what made me feel so awful about it,
was the lack of compassion, the willingness to exploit the most intimate parts of a person
and the absolute sadness of it all.
That somewhere, we as humans can actually watch this without any conscience at all."
