| My extreme sport of choice would have to be Parkour...i love trauceing it is so fun. I used to love going rock climbing but due to the lack of places to climb living in Kansas City and before that St.Louis i had to find something else that i could use my talent for climbing. Parkour was my answer and after i started i was hooked. Everything in the city can be used, the only limit is your mind, it is the art of movement. There is no right or wrong way to get from point A to point B in parkour, just the way you create. There is no championship or tournaments to parkour just the individual, and their ability to always push and challenge themselves to jump farther, climb higher, and conquer the obsticles placed in front of them by either going over them, through them, or under them. I will have to post some of my parkour photos i have taken here in hawaii when i get my new camera. I have plenty of intresting and exciting stories concerning misunderstandings from people that dont know that what im doing is a sport. Most people dont know what parkour is so they misunderstand what i am doing when im trauecing. It is a great way to stay in shape, after each session im exhausted, and most sessions last for hours, i usually do them at night so i can avoid crowds and police that would interfere with my sport. The next day though i am sore and so very tired . | |
