Yea im an akward dancer as well lol, maybe i will start to get better as i practice break dancing...a friend of mine that just moved here to hawaii and is trying to start a Parkour group with me was a B-Boy in a sponsored group before he moved. He is a really good break dancer, and i wanna learn to break dance so much too

lol If I even tried breakdancing I'd probaly break my arm. lol

you would actually be surprised how safe a lot of activities like break dancing and parkour are. It all has to deal with proper training. People get injured when they try and rush into things that are beyond their skill level and when they do not spend enough time practicing what to do in case they do mess up to avoid injury. Like when i started doing parkour i spent over a month and a half just practicing falls and rolls so in case i mess up and dont make a jump i can recover with a roll. Just be patient and take things a step at a time and you would be surprised at how good you can get.

ok after seeing that video i know waht parkour is, those people climbing and jumping from buildings like ninjas... or monkeys, how about monkey ninjas

I like R&B or hip hop, when i am happy and to dance. But i can't do rap

yea that is what I love to do hung, it is a great activity, i spend a lot of time doing repetitous practice exercises and drills before i can go out and do what is called a "session" or "jam". It is also really hard to find other people that do it and even harder to find places to do it at because people always think you are trying to steal something or up to no good when they see you climbing onto roofs. I had to run from a parking garage security 2 weekends ago in waikiki because they saw me climb onto the 3rd story of the parking garage, they gave up chasing me when i jumped the security fence by jumping from the 3rd story to the 2nd then over the fence to the street which was about a 15 foot drop. It was kind of scary but very exciting. The rush you get from doing parkour is what i live for, it is why i enjoy doing it so much, that rush is very addicting and makes me feel more alive than i have ever felt. It is hard to explain why it is so fun and exhlirating but it is.
